Monday 5/4

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
2 pieces low sodium turkey bacon
1 mini bagel

Lunch:
Salad
Spinach
Lettuce
Broccoli
Squash
Zucchini
Hard boiled egg
1 Tbsp. light ranch

Supper:
Grilled chicken
Sauted potatoes and zucchini
Corn

Snack:
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
1 strawberry Fiber One bar

Exercise:
Day 1 Couch to 5k: 30 minutes
Zumba: 1 hour
