Friday 5/8

Breakfast:
2 Eggs
2 turkey bacon - low sodium
Biscuit
1 tsp. strawberry jelly

Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
Spinach
Chicken
1 Tbsp. Spicy light ranch

Supper:
1/3 baked potato
1 tbsp. light ranch

Snack:
Small vanilla ice cream

Exercise:
Day 3 Couch to 5K 30 min.
