Banana
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 bite size pepperoni

Exercise:
30 minute treadmill jog

Lunch:
Chicken
Salad
1 Tbsp. light ranch

Snack:
unsalted tortilla chips
salsa

Supper:
Veggie alfredo

Snack:
s/f chocolate pudding
