Exercise:
30 minutes treadmill jog

Snack:
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts

Lunch:
Smart One Chicken Oriental

Snack:
Fiber 1 bar

Supper:
Rotisserie chicken and salad

Exercise:
1 hour Zumba

Snack:
Banana and peanut butter
