Breakfast:
Egg
Pepperoni
Onion

Snack:
100 Sweet and Salt pack

Lunch:
Grilled chicken wrap with tomatoes and lettuce

Snack:
1/2 mini bagel
1 tsp. banana peanut butter

Supper:
BBQ sandwich
Bread and butter pickles

Exercise:
1 hour Zumba
